Shipping policy

Processing time. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a tracking number as soon as it ships.

Shipping time & cost. Shipping is free on every order within the United States. Delivery typically takes 7–12 business days from the day your order ships. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.

Where we ship. We currently ship anywhere in the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Tracking. Every order includes tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 5 business days, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Wrong address. Double-check your shipping address at checkout — we can only change an address before the order ships. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we'll work with you on a reshipment.

Lost or damaged packages. If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, contact us within 7 days at juavonhdz@gmail.com with your order number (and photos, if damaged). We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Delays. Occasionally carriers run behind during holidays or weather events. If your order is more than 5 business days past the estimated window, reach out and we'll make it right.
